Tom Ellis, Managing Director of Harlequin comments: “Understanding the ever-evolving needs of the charity sector is central to the development of Harlequin CRM. For example, we designed a Consent feature to help charities address GDPR and rolled this out free of charge to our customers. We also have a popular new Design module that enables customers to easily customise template screens and build workflows to underpin any process.
“Our commitment to continuously evolving our software for the charity sector, coupled with our reputation for personable service and good value for money is what, I believe, makes us continue to stand out.
“Harlequin is a family-run business so we very much live and breathe charity software. Ranking highly for an eighth year is a real testament to the entire team’s hard work. We are thrilled!”
