New Enhanced Support Service

Would you like to outsource some of your Harlequin system administration?

In response to customer interest, we have launched a new made-to-measure service that delivers Enhanced Support. From face-to-face account management through to us accessing your system to build reports, we can tailor extra services that add value and complement your team.

Who is it for?

This is ideal for customers wishing to free up staff to focus on front-line activities. It would also suit organisations that do not have the luxury of a Database Manager or no longer have the necessary skills in-house.

Examples of what we can build into a tailored Enhanced Support Contract

• On site meetings to support you through the operational requirements and changes required from Harlequin
• Us overseeing system updates
• Us allocating, archiving, deleting new users
• Us creating screens for you with the Design module
• Enhanced training packages to be used throughout the year
• Provision of tailored standard reports or building of custom reports

By using our expertise to manage aspects of your system administration, you can make the most of your information and ensure staff are actively using your software.

How much will this cost?

Each customer contract is likely to differ. Our Customer Success Team will listen to your needs and then provide a proposed cost with a list of tailored Enhanced Services.

In addition to basic annual maintenance, the Enhanced Support fee will be billed annually. We can be flexible if you want to pay quarterly or monthly.
