Account Manager – home based 

A rewarding opportunity to work alongside our wide range of charity clients to help them get the most from our software.

Harlequin aims for all clients to be advocates of the system. To achieve this, the role is designed to proactively manage clients covering all Harlequin Software’s products (principally a Fundraising CRM and an Accountancy package). It is vital to ensure client needs are being met and provide informed solutions on product updates to achieve this. This is a home based role but you would need to be able to come into the office at least once a week.

Key skills and experience:

  • Communications: Excellent written and verbal communications, able to build and maintain relationships with a varied client base.
  • Data analysis: Strong eye for detail, able to work comfortably with data in various software systems.
  • IT: Use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Teams and an intuitive ability to use software systems.
  • An understanding or experience of the following would be advantageous but not essential:
    CRM / finance software account management.
    Third sector.
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to manage work to deadlines is essential.

Internal Account Manager & Sales Coordinator – office based 

A rewarding opportunity to join a company committed to the charity sector. We are seeking a new member of the team to provide proactive internal account management and sales administrative support to the Harlequin Account Managers, Sales and Support Teams.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Communications: Excellent written and verbal communications, able to build and maintain relationships with a varied client base.

.NET Developer – VB; SQL – £30-35K

Take advantage of an exciting opportunity to work as a .NET Developer on our fundraising and accounting solutions for the charity sector. We are currently recruiting a .NET Developer to join our team in our office near Swindon. With ready access to the M4 corridor, commuters are most welcome.

We are seeking an ambitious and friendly individual with excellent technical skills to fill a role in our development team. In joining our software company, you will have the opportunity both to work with the charity sector, and to make a real difference in the direction and scope of our products. With ongoing product development taking place, and a portfolio of work planned out for the foreseeable future, you will have the opportunity both to learn new skills and to be directly involved in both the planning and implementation of new products.

Key skills:

  • .NET Development – predominantly VB, though C# will also be an advantage.
  • SQL, T-SQL, Stored Procedures.
  • Web services, REST, Json, XML.
  • Working knowledge of TFS and Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of web technologies would be a distinct advantage – Azure/ASP.net/CSS/HTML/Javascript.
  • Experience of working in a project team would be advantageous.
