Harlequin have a reputation for excellent after sales service and support. We install your system and intensively train you and your team to make optimum use of your investment. As you go-live our support team are at your disposal anticipating a series of early questions as you get used to something new.

After a warranty period we offer an annual support contract. As a contract holder you will enjoy direct access to a telephone help desk, e-mail support, standard upgrades and invitations to User Group meetings.
