  • Manage complex mailings including labels and envelopes
  • Email members
  • Access scanned member documentation
  • Log all communications, in and out and set timely action prompts
  • Issue invites to suitable events based upon personal profile criteria
  • Produce official and in-house statistics in paper, spreadsheet and chart format.
